The CSE Student Advisory Board is leading the College in a second "Pennies for the Cure" competition, raising money for the "Frogs for the Cure" project that combats breast cancer. Last year CSE raised more than $400 for this cause.

The contest rules are the same as last year. Erlenmeyer flasks will be located in the Dean's Office for each of the nine departments/schools. Faculty, staff and students may add change or bills to the flask(s) of your choosing.

Pennies will be subtracted from the total for a department. Other coins/bills will be counted at face value. (So add your pennies to the competition’s jars and put your bills and other coins in your department’s jar!.) All money, including pennies, will be donated to Frogs for the Cure. The department/school with the highest total (after pennies are subtracted) will receive a free pizza party courtesy of the Dean’s Office.

Last year's results:

Engineering - $77.85
Chemistry - $67.60
Nutritional Sciences - $50
Pre-Health - 44.85
Biology - $33.90
Psychology - $33.80
Physics - $16.55
Computer Science - $10.70
SGEE - $5
