Criminal Justice students get high scores on nationally administered field test

TCU criminal justice seniors received impressive marks on a nationally administered test, scoring higher than 95 percent of all students who took the exam. The Educational Testing Service's Major Field Test in Criminal Justice is a standardized test used to assess student knowledge of the subject and the impact of teaching efforts.


While the general score ranked TCU students at 95 percent higher than all others, the students received especially high marks in the areas of research methodology and statistics (99 percent higher), law enforcement (97 percent higher), courts (98 percent higher), theories and critical thinking (each at 95 percent higher).
