Dr. Michelle Bauml receives AATC John Laska Dissertation Award in Teaching

The College of Education congratulates Dr. Michelle Bauml, assistant professor of early childhood/social studies, for receiving the prestigious John Laska Dissertation Award in Teaching from the American Association for Teaching and Curriculum (AATC).


Dr. Bauml presented her dissertation, “Toward the Wisdom of Practice: Curricular Decision Making among Novice Primary Grade Teachers in Standards-Based Schools,” at a special session at the AATC annual conference held in San Antonio October 4-6.
