TCU's AddRan College of Liberal Arts and the Criminal Justice Department present a lecture by Captain Patrick Rabun, U.S. Navy former Chief of Staff for Joint Task Force Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and current Commanding Officer and Professor of Naval Science for the San Diego NROTC.


On Thursday, Nov. 8, Captain Rabun will address the following issues surrounding Guantanamo Bay, with a Q&A session to follow:

This event will be held in the Sid Richardson Lecture Hall 1 from 6 to 7 p.m. It is FREE and open to the public, and all TCU faculty, staff and students. Refreshments will be provided.
