Like many of you, I watched the aftermath of the explosion that occurred in West, Texas last evening. Clearly this is an event that will have an impact on this community for a very long time. Our campus is already responding by reaching out to those we know live in the town of West, but we may not be aware of everyone who may have family directly affected by this tragedy.
If you or those close to you need some assistance, please contact the following:
Campus Life at 817-257-7926 or at Sadler Hall 2006
Counseling Center at 817-257-7863 or walk in
Religious and Spiritual Life for pastoral or spiritual care - 817-257-7830, Jarvis Hall
We are prepared to respond to your concerns and have made time in our schedules to accommodate immediate needs. My thoughts and prayers go out to those who were hurt last night and for those who bravely responded to their community’s needs.
Sincerely,
Kathy Cavins-Tull
