Becky Boyer ’96, ‘02 is White Settlement ISD Teacher of the Year

In March of this year, after 16 years of teaching Kindergarten, alumna Becky Boyer ’96, ’02, was named North Elementary School’s Teacher of the Year. This May, she was named Elementary Teacher of the Year for the entire White Settlement school district.

“I am truly honored and surprised to be named this year’s Elementary Teacher of the Year, when I work with so many other talented ad dedicated teachers.” Boyer said. “I honestly believe that I am doing the work that God had planned for me to do, and I cannot imagine leaving the classroom. I am blessed to have a job that I truly love!”

Becky received a B.S. in Education at TCU in 1996, and later a Master’s degree in Education Administration in 2002
