"Negotiating the Gendered Workplace" series Tuesdays in February at TCU

From Harvard studies to popular books, the topic of how women negotiate the workplace has people talking. Three TCU groups have joined to bring a series of speakers and panelists on the subject each Tuesday in February. "Negotiating the Gendered Workplace" kicked off on February 3 with a breakfast event featuring Dr. Myrtle P. Bell, associate professor of human resource management at UTA. Dr. Bell discussed professional, personal and social issues for women in the workplace. Tuesday evening, February 10, 5:30-7:00 pm, a panel will discuss international gender issues across cultures. The series will wrap up with a final event on February 24, 5:30-7:00 pm, featuring a panel discussion on how women can achieve work/life balance.
