Fall Jazz Concert Tuesday, Nov. 18

The Big Band sound of the TCU Jazz Ensembles hits the stage of Ed Landreth Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18. Conductors will be Curt Wilson and Joey Carter of the School of Music faculty and graduate jazz studies student Micah Bell.

Guest artist will be professional Metroplex jazz trumpet artist Brian Standridge. Band director at Nolan High School, Standridge plays in the Fort Worth Symphony Concerts in the Garden Big Band, and has performed with the Casa Mañana orchestra, Fort Worth Rodeo Band, Fort Worth Opera Orchestra, The Temptations, Les Elgart Orchestra, The Pointer Sisters and others.
