Condoleezza Rice receives TCU jersey

Condoleezza Rice spoke about her book, "No Higher Honor," this morning at the Fort Worth Club. Her appearance was sponsored by the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth. Chancellor Victor Boschini was in attendance and surprised her with a Horned Frog jersey.
