Equipment installation means another power outage on campus Sunday, March 20

An electrical shutdown has been scheduled for Sunday, March 20, from 7 to 11 a.m. in order to install a new electrical feeder to Moncrief Hall.  During this time, all building power will be shut off to the buildings listed below:
  • Amon G Carter Stadium
  • Beckham-Shelburne Residence Hall
  • Brachman Residence Hall
  • Daniel-Meyer Coliseum
  • Distributed Antenna System (DAS)
  • Dee J Kelly Alumni and Visitors Center
  • Frances Sadler Residence Hall
  • Friedman Tennis Center
  • Intramural Fields
  • Justin Athletic Center
  • Justin Soccer Field House/Varsity Soccer Facilities
  • Lupton Baseball Stadium
  • Martin-Moore Residence Hall
  • Moncrief Residence Hall
  • Moody Residence Hall
  • Physical Plant
  • Ranch Management
  • Rickel Academic Wing
  • Sam Baugh Indoor Practice Facility
  • Tomlinson Residence Hall
  • University Recreation Center
  •  Varsity Tennis Courts
  •  Wiggins Residence Hall
  •  Worth Hills Building/Athletics Offices
  •  Wright Admission Center

 
Residents or employees who live or work in any of the above facilities should turn off all electronic office equipment prior to the shutdown to minimize any risk of damage to the equipment when the power is turned back on.
