Bill Moncrief named University Honors Professor of the Year

Dr. Bill Moncrief was awarded the 2010 University Honors Professor of the Year for his outstanding teaching in honors classes and for his leadership in helping develop the Neeley Fellows honors program for the Neeley School of Business at TCU. This is the first time the university-wide award has gone to a business professor.
Dr. Moncrief, senior associate dean and professor of international marketing, has been at TCU for 28 years. He is the Charles F. and Alann P. Bedford Professor of International Business. A native of Mississippi, Dr. Moncrief holds a BS in political science and an MBA from the University of Mississippi, and a Ph.D. from Louisiana State University.
“Bill is a knowledgeable and dynamic educator who truly cares about each student in the undergraduate program, and he champions those who work hard and lead others,” said O. Homer Erekson, John V. Roach Dean of the Neeley School of Business.
