Football team wins Mountain West Conference Championship

The TCU football team defeated New Mexico 51-10, clenched the Mountain West Conference Championship and finished with a perfect 12-0 record for the first time in the regular season and the first time since the 1938 national championship.

Today’s crowd of 41,738 enabled TCU to set a single-season total attendance and per-game record. This year’s total attendance of 229,121 for six games averaged to 38,187.
