Dr. Enos named Piper Professor 2009

Dr. Richard Leo Enos (TCU English professor and holder of the Lillian Radford Chair of Composition and Rhetoric) has been selected a Piper Professor for 2009. The program, established by the Minnie Stevens Piper Foundation of San Antonio in 1958, recognizes outstanding achievement in the teaching profession in Texas colleges and universities. Dr. Enos also was recipient of the 2008 Chancellor's Award for Distinguished Achievement as a Creative Teacher and Scholar during TCU Fall Convocation last September.
The Piper Foundation presents awards to 15 distinguished professors each year. TCU colleagues who have shared this honor include:
