Campus community to view presidential inauguration

The TCU community witnessed history in the making as Barack Obama was inaugurated as the 44th President of the United States on Tuesday Jan. 20.
The Brown-Lupton University Union, Social Work and History departments hosted the TCU campus community to view the inauguration on campus. The event started at 9:00 a.m. in the Union auditorium and the ceremony began at 11:00 a.m. Three small screens were set up in the gallery of the auditorium in addition to the big screen inside. Lunch was available for purchase in the three dining locations located in the Union and complementary coffee and desserts will be provided.
TCU offers a variety of experts on the inauguration and topics surrounding Mr. Obama's presidency.
